Veille is French for “watch”, as in veille réglementaire: the regulatory watch QSE consultants run for their clients.
Veille watches official sources, starting with Morocco's Bulletin Officiel. It explains each new quality, safety or environment text with citations, works out which clients it applies to and why, and drafts every client's monthly report once the consultant approves.
Regulatory watch is the most time-consuming job a QSE consultant has. Every week means reading the Bulletin Officiel and ministry circulars, deciding which of a dozen clients each text concerns, and rewriting it all into reports. Miss one text and a client can fail an audit.
Veille reads so the consultant doesn't have to, proposes so they can decide, and writes the deliverables so they only have to sign. Every claim is cited to the exact article, every applicability decision comes with its reasoning and a confidence level, and nothing reaches a client until the consultant approves it.
The 3-minute demo
The path a first-time visitor takes through the live demo, from the first click to the moment it clicks.
Follow along in the demo- [01]
Open the weekly queue: seven new texts detected this week from the Bulletin Officiel and two ministries.
- [02]
Open a decree. Forty pages become a ten-line summary in French, with Arabic one toggle away, and its obligations are extracted, each with its article quoted.
- [03]
The side panel shows it affects three of twelve clients. For one it applies, with hazardous waste declared and 0.9 confidence. Another needs a single fact confirmed.
- [04]
Answer the fact question with one click and approve the match.
- [05]
Open that client's draft monthly report: the new text, its impact and a recommended action with a deadline. The register shows 48 texts, one of them new. Export the PDF.
What it does
We can build document intelligence a professional can sign: grounded summaries, structured extraction, and decisions that always show their source.
Official sources, watched
Fetchers for the Bulletin Officiel, ministries and standards catalogues, with OCR, issue splitting and a health check on every source.
Cited summaries
Six to twelve plain-language lines per text, in French or Arabic. A verification pass drops any sentence it can't tie to a passage.
Obligations, extracted
Who, what, thresholds, deadlines and sanctions, each with the article quoted and mapped to facts about every client.
Applicability per client
Applies, may apply, not applicable or insufficient data, with reasoning and a confidence bar. Missing facts become one-click questions.
A keyboard-first queue
The consultant's weekly screen: approve, edit, reject, answer or snooze with A, E, R, Y/N and S, and bulk-approve high-confidence matches.
Reports and a living register
Branded monthly reports and a register an auditor accepts, with exemptions justified. Exports to PDF, Word or Excel, in French and Arabic.
How it behaves
Read less, miss nothing. Coverage is shown, not assumed: every report states which sources were checked, and when.
Cited or absent. No sentence without its passage, and no applicability without a consultant's approval.
Ask for facts only when they matter. Progressive profiling, one question at a time, and never the same question twice.

The stack
The same typed, server-first stack as every Asrar product. The model does the reasoning, and the product does everything around it.
